Shipping Policy – Lumae

Thank you for shopping with Lumae. Below you’ll find details on how we process and ship your orders.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  • When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delays

Lumae is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

  • High order volumes or peak seasons


Lost or Stolen Packages

Lumae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your local delivery office

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly


Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at:

If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update it. If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or replacements.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
